CONTRACT MANAGEMENT,
HUMAN RESOURCES & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
Kathryn is the Vice President, Contract Management, Human Resources, and Corporate Communications, aligning people, processes, and messaging with business objectives and partnering with the GBS Leadership Team to ensure compliance for GBS government contracts, drive talent lifecycle management, enhance employee engagement, and shape external communications that support growth and contract performance.
Kathryn oversees development and delivery of GBS communications and media, providing writing, editing, and graphic design for GBS research and special studies. Recent work includes editing and designing Desktop Studies for telecom and critical‑infrastructure locations worldwide. She also supported multiple GBS U.S. patents and the company’s HUBZone certification.
Earlier in her career, Kathryn worked from the NYC and Washington, D.C. offices with NYNEX/Bell Atlantic/Verizon Government Affairs, where her responsibilities included executive speechwriting, merger communications, producing and editing an HR newspaper for 128,000 employees, and leading community relations in support of telecom public policy.
